Frequently asked questions
London deliveries are usually made between 9am and 8pm, although I can’t guarantee an exact time slot.
Traffic and busy flower dates can sometimes affect timing, but if you need an update, please get in touch and I’ll check it for you.
Yes, as long as the flowers haven’t already been made up or gone out for delivery.
If you need to change the delivery address, card message or delivery date, please get in touch as soon as possible with your order details.
For cancellations, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. Once your flowers have been prepared or dispatched, I may not be able to cancel the order.
Yes. We offer same-day flower delivery across selected London postcodes in Zones 1, 2 and 3.
Please place your order before 3pm on weekdays and 12pm on weekends for same-day delivery. If you miss the cut-off, do still get in touch and we’ll always try our best to help if we can.

This includes things like:

Once the order has left the stall or been handed to the courier, I won’t be able to make further changes.

Deliveries are available 7 days a week, subject to availability and seasonal demand.
Because flowers are fresh and perishable, I’m not able to accept returns for change of mind.
If there is a problem with your order, or if your flowers arrive damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery and send over a few clear photos so I can look into it properly.
If something has genuinely gone wrong, I’ll always do my best to put it right fairly.
Not always, and that’s part of the nature of seasonal floristry.
I work with the best flowers available at the time, and sometimes a particular stem may be unavailable or not good enough to use. If that happens, I may substitute with something similar in style, colour or value.
The overall feel, size and quality of the bouquet will always be kept in line with what you ordered.
A few simple things will help your flowers last as long as possible:
Keep the bouquet tied if it has been arranged that way
Trim the stems before placing them in water
Use a clean vase with fresh water
Change the water every couple of days
Keep flowers away from direct heat, radiators and strong sunlight
Yes. I also create flowers for weddings, dinner parties, local events and business work.
If you’d like to talk about an event, please get in touch and I can let you know what’s possible.
