These terms apply when you use the Pleroma Flowers London website and when you place an order with us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version on the website will always apply.
Using the website
You agree not to use the website in any unlawful way or in a way that could damage the website, the business or other users. You must not try to interfere with the running of the site, upload anything harmful, or misuse any part of it. We do our best to keep the website running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free from technical issues.
Product information
We do our best to make sure all product descriptions, prices and images are accurate. Because flowers are seasonal and natural, the bouquet you receive may vary slightly from the website image. If a flower shown is unavailable or not at the right quality, we may replace it with a suitable alternative of similar style, colour or value.

All prices are shown in GBP and may change at any time. If there is a clear pricing mistake on the website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund. Wild at Heart’s terms include the same type of pricing-error clause.
Orders
Placing an order through the website does not guarantee acceptance. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:
- the item is unavailable
- the price was incorrect
- the delivery details are incomplete or incorrect
- we believe the order may be fraudulent
- we believe the order is being placed for resale rather than personal or business use

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid within a reasonable time.
Payment
Payment must be made in full before an order is prepared or dispatched. Once payment has been received and the order is accepted, we will begin processing it.
Delivery
We currently deliver within London Zones 1-3 only, to the delivery areas shown on the website. We aim to deliver on the date selected, but there may occasionally be delays outside our control, including traffic, weather, courier issues or recipient availability.

It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and any helpful delivery notes at the time of ordering. We cannot be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by:
- incorrect address details
- missing access information
- no answer at the property
- the recipient not being available
- the sender failing to let the recipient know a delivery is coming

If you would like flowers left in a safe place, please include that clearly in your order notes. Once flowers are left in a safe place at your request, responsibility passes to the recipient
Same-day delivery
Same-day delivery is subject to the cut-off times shown on the website and to availability on the day.
We will always do our best to help with urgent orders, but same-day delivery cannot be guaranteed after the cut-off.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may be able to make changes to:
- the delivery address
- the delivery date
- the gift message
Once flowers have been prepared or dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Refunds and issues
Because flowers are fresh and perishable, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and send photographs where possible. If flowers arrive damaged, or there has been a genuine issue with the order, we will review it fairly and do our best to put things right.
Loss or damage in transit
If an order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate with the courier where relevant and try to resolve the issue fairly.
Personal Information
Any personal information you provide will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
Photos, reviews and submitted content
If you send us a review, testimonial, photo or other content, you confirm that:
- it is yours to share
- it is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- it does not infringe anyone else’s rights
- it is not unlawful, offensive or misleading
We may use reviews, testimonials or customer-submitted images on our website or social media unless you ask us not to.
Liability
We do our best to provide a reliable service and accurate information, but to the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a customer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
